Local Attraction

Great Smoky Mountain Railroad- Nantahala Gorge Excursion that leaves Saturday morning in Bryson City at 10:30am. If your non-hiking spouse/children are attending the SoRUCK, please consider treating them to this fantastic railroading adventure. The train actually passes right through Nantahala Outdoor center property during the trip.

Hiker Fair, Raffle & Gear Swap

Several vendors will be in attendance including AntiGravityGear, LightHeart Tent. and Becoming Odyssa: Epic Adventures on the Appalachian Trail author Jennifer Pharr Davis will also be on hand.

Raffle donations from area merchants including AntiGravityGear, LightHeart Tent, Bluff Mountain Outfitters, Cedar Tree. and the Nantahala Outdoor Center.
